Empowering Communities.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. As a Christian nonprofit, FMSC is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit.

GET INFORMATION

Every year, millions of children die from preventable causes such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria and undernutrition. Hunger is still causing nearly half of deaths in children under 5 years old. From this data, we estimate at least 6,200 children die each day from causes related to undernutrition. This is heartbreaking.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. As a Christian nonprofit, FMSC is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. FMSC works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development.

FMSC meals are developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition. Nutrition allows children to grow, thrive and develop to their full potential. All meals are paid for by people just like you. We rely on your generosity to keep us going so we can feed more kids!

FMSC's Mission

Feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit.

The Approach

Our process is simple. Donations given by people just like you fund the meal ingredients. Volunteers hand-pack the meals. Meals are donated to FMSC food partners around the world, where kids are fed and lives are saved!

Our Mission

As a Christian nonprofit organization, Feed My Starving Children is called to feed God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit.

You will hear us say this again and again: “We want to reach everyone, until ALL are fed.” We truly mean this. This means reaching the hard-to-reach people and places, the “least of these.” They will be found, and they will be fed.

With God’s help we will work together with organizations and ministries across the globe to end hunger.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement

At Feed My Starving Children, we feed kids, feed spirits, and empower communities. To do this well, we must continually invest in diversity and inclusion. All of God’s children – whether they eat FMSC meals, distribute them, fund them, or work to make them possible – bear His image. Jesus calls us to love our neighbors and for us, that means welcoming, honoring, and empowering each and every one. These values are non-negotiable.

Supporting Bible Verses

  • Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. —1 John 4:7
  • So God created man in His own image. In the image of God He created him. —Genesis 1: 27
  • Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. —1 John 4:11
  • This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this that someone lay down his life for his friends. —John 15:12-13
  • So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. —Philippians 2:1-4
